The site development and utility systems were commissioned by the houseboat community of the five houseboats at Norderkai-Ufer. The planning and construction management includes transmission routes (waste water, drinking water, electricity and telecommunication) from the public connection points at Hammerbrookstraße till the several houseboats, as well as the structural measures on the water-side – containing dolphines (pile fender for houseboat fixation) and entranceways from the quay wall to the houseboats.
