Site development and utility systems for four houseboats along the “Viktoriakai-Ufer” (Hochwasserbassin), Liegefeld 1 in Hamburg

The site development and utility systems were commissioned by the houseboat community of the four houseboats at Viktoriakai-Ufer. The planning and construction management includes transmission routes (waste water, drinking water, electricity and telecommunication) from the public connection points at Süderstraße till the several houseboats, as well as the structural measures on the water-side – containing dolphines (pile fender for houseboat fixation) and entranceways and bridges from the bank border to the houseboats.
